Since 1995, Coco Pazzo has offered original Italian cuisine, with an emphasis on quality ingredients, and a variety of flavours, based on Luigi’s Italian roots.

We make our dishes, whenever possible, with organic or naturally raised farm products, both local and the best Italy has to offer. We then craft these ingredients into our favorite recipes. We do our best to support local farmers who use sustainable practices. We are particularly proud of our partnership with Antonio Pettinicchi in Lucito, Campobasso, Italy. We only use his olive oil, vinegar and preserves cultivated and produced at their farm. His small yield and age-old production practices motivate us in our menu choices. These sustainable practices reflect our beliefs and have motivated us to incorporate the “slow food” movement from Italy into our business.
